Warranty
All orders from www.hoverboards.co.uk fall under our 12-month warranty policy.
Before sending any item back, please contact us via: [email protected] and you will be given instructions on how to return the item with 48 hours.
Warranty does not cover water damage, physical damage, crash damage, neglect, mistreatment or general wear and tear on wheels or straps. Warranty covers genuine internal electrical faults and not exterior general wear and use.
If a fault occurs within 1 month of receiving the product we will send a prepaid label for the product to be repaired. If the fault occurs after the 1 month, the customer will need to send the product into our repair centre.
Had a change of heart?
With HOVERBOARD®, you know you're in safe hands. Our entire range has a 30 day returns policy. If you have a change of heart, simply get in touch and we will give instructions of how to return all unused items, in its original condition within 30-days, we can either exchange the item or give you a full refund. Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the condition all products are returned to us. That is, unused and packaging intact, and in its original packaging.
